Stop Services

In order to stop services you need to login to your online portal, go to services and click on change plan next to the service in question, a change tariff box will appear just select the day you would like to stop your service and set the new plan to DISABLED.


Start Services

In order to start services you need to login to your online portal, go to services and click on change plan next to the service in question, a change tariff box will appear just select the day you would like to start your service and set the new plan to the desired package.


*Note - This is not available on Airfibre

Account Statement

You can download your account statement by logging in to your online portal and going to finance , here you will find all billing related tabs select Statements Select the required period and Invoices/Payments in the top right corner click "show" after the transactions is shown in the list you can click on Generate PDF this will download the selected period in PDF format. 

Upgrade Service

You can upgrade your service by logging in and going to Services here you will find all service related tabs select Services again.
Click on change plan  next to the service you would like to upgrade. Change tariff block will appear select the date you would like the service to be upgraded and select the new service plan.
Click apply and you are all set.  

Payment credentials

You can add your Bank Account or Credit Card details by logging in to your online portal and going to finance here you will find all billing related tabs select Payment Credentials You can now add a direct debit account (normal bank account) or credit card for all future payments to be processed automatically.
